Under the supervision of the ICF Program Director, the ICF Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the residential facilities, its staff, and for the delivery of services to the men and women residing in homes operated by RISE Life Services.
The ICF Program Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that all individuals receive on-going quality care. The ICF Program Coordinator is responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Residential Manager and the indirect supervision of Assistant Residential Managers, Senior Counselors and Direct Support Professionals. Communicate effectively in both oral and written form with accuracy and transparency.
Demonstrated competency in all state, local, federal regulations and agency policies relevant to the operation of all certified/uncertified agency locations.
Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Human Services with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in an OPWDD residential program in a supervisor/management position.
Valid New York State Driver’s License Required
