Description

The Maintenance Worker provides a safe and sanitary environment for all residents, staff, and visitors with an understanding of the life safety codes. The Maintenance Worker is expected to use independent judgement and initiative in carrying out responsibilities within the residential sites.

 

Provide maintenance to assigned residencies

Ensure residencies are in good repair and free from hazards

Establish priorities in providing repair service

Respond timely to emergencies

Maintain open lines of communication with Maintenance Coordinator

Will be on-call during alternating weekends

Qualifications

HIgh School Diploma with at least 2 years’ of experience in all phases of maintenance repairs.

Valid NYS Driver’s License Required
