Residence
RISE Life Services provides a residential and supported living environment dedicated to empowering people with intellectual disabilities and mental health challenges.
Elevations Clinic
Elevations Clinic Treatment Program’s goal is to serve adults, adolescents, and children to diagnose and treat their mental illness.
Mental Health Services
The Mental Health program consists of three levels of housing with varying staff supports offered at each level.
