Reporting directly to the Director of Training and Professional Development, this Training Specialist is responsible for maintaining knowledge of field based mandatory trainings, assists in analyzing agency training needs and overall compliance, follows a developed curriculum, and assists in maintaining the database system for administrative employees, as well as OPWDD and OMH Programs.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
College degree and minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in the human service field or related field.
Valid New York State Driver’s License.
