The Mission of RISE Life Services’ Enrichment Experience is to actively engage Suffolk Counties identified vulnerable at-risk youth and young adults, connect with them, and save lives by providing the highest quality of mental health services, recreational activities, family support services, educational and vocational support, and wellness strategies to enhance their lives, and instill hope for the future.

While participating in the program you can expect to meet and work with a team of professionals each having a diverse background and a wide array of experience. Team members will work with participants and families to recognize needs, identify and set goals, and create a mutual plan that will provide the best methods to set you up for success in meeting those needs and achieving your goals.

RISE Life Program staff are devoted to helping you achieve your goals by providing services, which may include, but are not limited to: dance, music, and art classes, daily living skills groups, outside agency trips to the movies, parks and/or other outdoor activities (when weather permits), game groups, exploring connections between mind and body, learning about the importance and use of effective communication and listening skills, how to successfully work with a team, and many MORE!
