Being locked in has become challenging in more ways than one. Our physical health is definitely affected. People are eating more out of boredom, and not exercising because gyms are closed. Let’s begin our own exercise challenge and get outside: walk, bike, whatever you can do. Even if it’s walking around your yard or doing laps around the house. Step up to the challenge and “step” to it!
Most phones will track your steps or movements. Try to log that each day. There are apps that will keep track of your steps or activities and convert them to miles and calories burned. The challenge is to move around as much as possible. It’s good for morale and your overall health.
