On January 25th, Rise Life Services, presented its first ever Rising Star Award to 34 deserving recipients. The Rising Star Award celebrates exceptional team members who embody the organization’s core values of inclusion, diversity, quality, dignity, and respect.
This award recognized individuals who have gone above and beyond to enhance opportunities for others. Recipients were honored during the Annual Holiday Dinner and receive acknowledgment, a certificate, and a $100 payment.
The winners were nominated by their peers for excelence in various areas such as promoting personal growth, advocating for marginalized communities, fostering inclusion, supporting health and wellness, and innovating in their roles.
Rise Life Services has made this a permanent part of its employee recognition program.
